In which case competent service parts and accessories are being fitted on our machines and setup by our technician or under our technician's supervision, worth assurance will be presented. In which case spares or accessories has been constructed into 3rd party machinery or setup without our consent, the quality warranty will be void except when pre-approved by management.
No charges be requested for diagnosis and new service parts or accessories installments for machines purchased from us. After the new service parts or associated equipment has been setup by our technician, they will insure that the clients machines is 100% functional and well tested. We may choose to give technical guidance remotely or send a specialist to give technical support for other companies machinery. In regarding 3rd-party machines, we cannot guarantee which actions (if any) will be taken or what advice (if any) would be given by our experts.
If our technician remotely suggests or proposes a redundant restoration or associated equipment add-on for machinery that we have sold, as well as for brand new or extra spares or accessories, we will present the client with a 100% repayment once you send the spares or components back in its primary order.
A labour expense will not be charged should you desire that we travel to your property for a spare- restoration or add-on installment for machines that we have sold, although travel costs and accommodation fees will be required if suitable. We choose that you arrange for the technician to get picked up and sent back. The prevailing percentage payable, should you choose for us to go to you, is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our branch and your property.
