We may recommend to supply technical information online or send a specialist to give technical assistance for competitors machines. In regarding competitors machinery, we cannot guarantee which actions (if any) can be taken or what information (if any) can be provided by our technicians.
If a remote diagnoses for extra - replacement or accessory add-on for our machinery that we have sold, or for brand new or extra spare parts or accessories should be made by our technician, we will supply the client with a complete refund once the client send the spare parts or components in its primary condition.
Would you desire that we come to your place for a spare- reinstatement or add-on installment for machines that we have sold, we shall not charge you a labour fee, but only for the travel costs and accommodation fees if vital. Adjustments are preferred to be made by the client for the specialist to be fetched and sent back.
