In which case licensed spares and accessories are being used on our machinery and setup by our experts or under our experts's supervision, worth assurance will be given. Except when approved by the company, the value guarantee will be void if spare parts or accessories have been fitted into 3rd party machines or setup without our knowledge.
Diagnosis and new spare parts or associated equipment installation is complimentary for machines sold by us. After the new repair parts or accessories has been setup by our specialist, they will ensure that the clients machines is perfectly operational and well tested. For competitors machines, we may recommend to give technical information remotely or send a technician to provide technical assistance. Regrettably, we can't, when regarding other companies machines, guarantee which steps (if any) will be taken, or guidance (if any) will be given by our technicians.
The client will be presented with a 100% repayment should our technician remotely diagnose or proposes a redundant - restoration or associated equipment add-on for machines that we have sold, including for new or spare spare parts or accessories as soon as you send the spares or components back in its original condition.
Would you prefer that we travel to your establishment for a spare- restoration or add-on fitting for machines that we have sold, we will not charge you a labour expenses, but only for the traveling expenses and accommodation fees if compulsory. Clients are preferred to make all arrangements for the specialist to be picked up and sent back. R 9.95/km multiplied by the traveling distance between our workplace and your property, is the existing rate payable and appropriate should you prefer for us to go to you.
