Except when approved by the company, the worth warranty will be invalid if spares or accessories have been fitted into other company's machines or installed without our consent.No fees be required for diagnosis and new repair parts or accessories installation for machines obtained from us. Our technicians will make sure that your machines is fully operative and well tested after the new service parts or associated equipment have been put together. Sending a specialist to give technical services, or remotely providing technical guidance may be preferred when in regarding to competitors machinery. Regrettably, we cannot, when regarding other companies machinery, guarantee which actions (if any) will be taken, or advice (if any) will be given by our technicians.If our technician remotely suggests or recommend a extra reinstatement or accessory add-on for machines that we have sold, and for new or extra spare parts or components, we will provide the client with a 100% remuneration once you send the spare or components back in its primary state.
Would you wish that we travel to your establishment for a spare- reinstatement or add-on fitments for machines that we have sold, we shall not charge you a labour expenses, but only for the travel costs and accommodation fees if required. Clients are preferred to make all arrangements for the specialist to be picked up and sent back. If you would prefer for us to come to you, the ongoing rate is R 9.95/km multiplied by the traveling span between our office and your place.
