Quality warranty for all competent service parts and accessories sold, will be supplied in which case the spares and accessories are fitted on our machines and put together by our specialist or under our technician's supervision. The quality warranty is void if spare parts or accessories have been fitted into 3rd party machinery or setup without our acceptance ( except when approved by the company ) .
Associated equipment or new spares installation and diagnosis for machines purchased from us is costless. After the new repair parts or components has been fitted by our specialist, they will make sure that the clients machines is 100% functional and well tested. Sending a specialist to offer technical assistance, or remotely providing technical information may be chosen when concerning other companies machinery. When related to 3rd-party machinery, we cant guarantee which actions (if any) can be taken or what advice (if any) can be provided by our experts.
The client will be supplied with a 100% refund should our technician remotely suggest or proposes a redundant - reinstatement or accessory add-on for machines that we have sold, including for unused or extra spare or components as soon as the client send the service parts or components back in its original order.
Accommodation fees and come costs will be charges should you wish that we travel to your establishment for a spare- replacement or add-on fitting for machines that we have sold, even though a labour fee will not be charged. We suggest that you organize for the technician to get retrieved and sent back. If you should prefer for us to travel to you, the prevailing amount is R 9.95/km increased by the traveling distance between our branch and your property.
