After the new spare parts or components has been fitted, our specialist will certify that the clients machines is fully operational and well tested. Sending a specialist to offer technical support, or remotely providing technical information may be preferred when concerning 3rd-party machinery. We cant however, guarantee which actions (if any) will be taken, or guidance (if any) will be provided by our technicians regarding competitors machines.
The client will be provided with a full reimbursement should our specialist remotely suggest or proposes a extra - replacement or component add-on for machines that we have sold, as well as for new or redundant spare parts or associated equipment as soon as the client send the spare parts or components back in its genuine state.
Should you prefer that we come to your premises for a spare- restoration or add-on installations for machines that we have sold, we will not charge you a labour costs, but only for the traveling expenses and accommodation fees if necessary.
