In which case competent service parts and accessories are being fitted on our machines and setup by our technician or under our specialist's supervision, worth warranty will be supplied. The quality assurance is null if spares or accessories has been fitted into other company's machinery or setup without our admission ( except when accepted by management ) .
Associated equipment or new repair parts fitting and diagnosis for machines obtained from us is free. After the new service parts or components has been fitted by our expert, they will ensure that your machinery is completely operational and well tested. We may propose to give technical advice remotely or send a technician to provide technical support for other companies machinery. When concerning other companies machines, we cant guarantee which actions (if any) will be taken or what guidance (if any) will be supplied by our technicians.
If a remote suggestion for spare - restoration or accessory add-on for our machines that we have sold, or for unused or spare spare or components should be made by our specialist, we will supply the client with a 100% refund once you send the spares or accessories in its primary state.
Would you choose that we come to your place for a spare- replacement or add-on installations for machinery that we have sold, we shall not charge you a labour fee, but only for the travel costs and accommodation fees if necessary. Preparations are chosen to be made by the purchaser for the specialist to be fetched and sent back. The ongoing percentage payable, should you choose for us to come to you, is R 9.95/km increased by the traveling distance between our office and your property.
