The prices you see here are linked to foreign exchange rates and will be adjusted on a weekly/bi-weekly basis. Value assurance for all competent spare parts and accessories sold, will be provided in which case the spare parts and accessories are used on our machinery and setup by our technician or under our specialist's supervision. Unless when pre-approved by managers, the quality warranty will be null if spare parts or accessories has been constructed into other company's machinery or put together without our knowledge.No charges be required for diagnosis and new service parts or components fitting for machinery bought from us. After the new spare parts or components have been setup, our experts will ensure that your machinery is perfectly working and well certified. We may prefer to offer technical advice remotely or send a specialist to supply technical assistance for 3rd-party machinery. Regretfully, we can't, when regarding competitors machinery, guarantee which actions (if any) will be taken, or information (if any) will be provided by our technicians.If our technician remotely recommends or recommend a redundant reinstatement or accessory add-on for machinery that we have sold, including for unused or extra service parts or accessories, we will provide the client with a full reimbursement once the client send the service parts or components back in its primary condition.
Would you prefer that we travel to your place for a spare- reinstatement or add-on fitments for machinery that we have sold, we will not charge you a labour fee, but only for the travel costs and accommodation fees if compulsory. Adjustments are required to be made by the purchaser for the specialist to be retrieved and sent back. The ongoing amount payable, should you desire for us to come to you, is R 9.95/km increased by the driving distance between our warehouse and your establishment.
