In which case qualified service parts and accessories are being fitted on our machines and setup by our specialist or under our technician's supervision, value warranty will be supplied. Except when accepted by management, the worth assurance will be void if spare parts or accessories have been fitted into 3rd party machines or setup without our consent.
No costs will apply for diagnosis and new repair parts or accessories installation for machines obtained from us. After the new service parts or associated equipment have been fitted by our specialist, they will insure that the clients machinery is completely working and well certified. For competitors machines, we may suggest to give technical services remotely or send a specialist to supply technical services. Regrettably, we cannot, when concerning other companies machinery, guarantee which actions (if any) will be taken, or advice (if any) will be provided by our technicians.
If a remote suggestion for redundant - restoration or accessory add-on for our machines that we have sold, or for unused or redundant spare parts or accessories should be made by our specialist, we will provide you with a full reimbursement once the client send the service parts or components in its genuine quality.
Should you prefer that we go to your property for a spare- replacement or add-on fitting for machinery that we have sold, we will not charge you a labour costs, but only for the traveling expenses and accommodation fees if required. We prefer that you arrange for the technician to get fetched and sent back. R 9.95/km increased by the driving distance between our office and your property, is the ongoing amount payable and suitable should you wish for us to come to you.
