We may choose to supply technical guidance online or send a specialist to give technical support for 3rd-party machinery. We cant however, oath which steps (if any) will be taken, or information (if any) will be provided by our specialists in regarding to competitors machines.
If our specialist remotely suggests or prefers a extra replacement or component add-on for machinery that we have sold, as well as for new or redundant spare parts or components, we will provide you with a 100% reimbursement once the client send the service parts or associated equipment back in its original order.
