The prices you see here are linked to foreign exchange rates and will be adjusted on a weekly/bi-weekly basis. However, during the quotation valid period, the price we quoted for you will be fixed and valid until the quotation expires. If you haven't paid as yet, a new quotation will be created and new pricing will apply.

In which case licensed spare parts and accessories are being used on our machinery and setup by our technician or under our experts's supervision, value warranty will be supplied. Unless when accepted by managers, the value guarantee will be null if spare parts or accessories has been fitted into competitors machinery or installed without our knowledge.
Diagnosis and new spares or components installation is complimentary for machinery sold by us. After the new spares or components have been installed, our specialist will make sure that your machines is 100% functional and well certified. We may prefer to supply technical advice remotely or send a technician to give technical assistance for 3rd-party machinery. Sadly, we cannot, when concerning 3rd-party machines, guarantee which actions (if any) will be taken, or advice (if any) will be supplied by our technicians.
If a remote suggestion for spare - replacement or associated equipment add-on for our machinery that we have sold, or for new or redundant spare parts or accessories will be made by our technician, we will supply the client with a complete repayment once you send the spares or accessories in its genuine order.
Accommodation fees and go costs will be charges should you desire that we go to your premises for a spare- reinstatement or add-on installment for machines that we have sold, even though a labour expenses will not be requested. Arrangements are required to be made by the client for the specialist to be fetched and sent back. If you should like us to go to you, the ongoing amount is R 9.95/km multiplied by the traveling amplitude between our office and your property.
