In which case licensed service parts and accessories are being utilized on our machinery and put together by our technician or under our specialist's supervision, value warranty will be given. Except when approved by managers, the quality assurance will be void if service parts or accessories has been constructed into other company's machinery or put together without our knowledge.
Accessory or new repair parts installments and diagnosis for machines purchased from us is complimentary. After the new service parts or components has been installed by our expert, they will insure that the clients machines is fully functional and well certified. For 3rd-party machinery, we may choose to supply technical advice online or send a technician to supply technical support. Sadly, we can't, when regarding 3rd-party machinery, guarantee which actions (if any) will be taken, or information (if any) will be given by our technicians.
The client will be supplied with a complete remuneration should our specialist remotely recommend or proposes a redundant - replacement or accessory add-on for machinery that we have sold, including for brand new or extra service parts or components as soon as the client send the spare or components back in its primary quality.
A labour fee will not be requested should you prefer that we go to your place for a spare- restoration or add-on fitting for machines that we have sold, even though travel costs and accommodation fees will be requested if suitable. Preparations are chosen to be made by the purchaser for the specialist to be picked up and sent back. The prevailing rate payable, would you choose for us to travel to you, is R 9.95/km amplified by the driving distance between our office and your place.
