Quality Warranty: In which case licensed spares and accessories are being used on our machinery and installed by our specialist or under our experts's supervision, worth assurance will be given. Except when pre-approved by the company, the worth warranty will be null if spare parts or accessories have been constructed into other company's machines or installed without our consent. We provide a quality warranty for qualified spares and accessories sold only when the spares or accessories is used on our machines and installed by our technician or under our technician's supervision. The quality warranty is void if spares or accessories have been fitted into 3rd party machines or installed without our acknowledgment ( unless pre-approved by management and stated above ) .
Free Installation: Diagnosis and new spares or accessories installation is free for machines sold by us. After the new spare or accessories have been installed, our technician will certify that the clients machinery is 100% operational and well certified. We may recommend to offer technical services online or send a specialist to provide technical assistance for competitors machinery. When related to competitors machinery, we cannot guarantee which steps (if any) will be taken or what guidance (if any) would be supplied by our experts. Diagnosis and new spares or accessories installation is free of charge for machines sold by us. Our technicians will ensure that your machine is fully functional and well tested after the new spares or accessories have been installed. For 3rd-party machines, we may choose to provide technical advice remotely or send technician to provide technical assistance. We cannot however guarantee actions taken, or advice given by technicians regarding 3rd party machinery.
Money Back Guarantee: You will be presented with a complete repayment should our technician remotely suggest or proposes a spare - restoration or component add-on for machines that we have sold, as well as for new or redundant service parts or components as soon as you send the service parts or associated equipment back in its initial quality. If our technician remotely diagnoses or proposes a spare replacement or accessory add-on for machines that we have sold, and for unused or redundant spares or accessories, we will provide you with a 100% refund on credit note once you send the spares or accessories back with 30 days from purchase in its original condition.
Call-out Installation & Travel Cost: Would you choose that we go to your premises for a spare- restoration or add-on fitments for machinery that we have sold, we will not charge you a labour fee, but only for the traveling expenses and accommodation fees if required. Clients are required to make all preparations for the specialist to be retrieved and sent back. If you would prefer for us to go to you, the ongoing percentage is R 8.00/km amplified by the traveling span between our branch and your place. Should you prefer that we come to your premises for a spare-replacement or add-on installations for machines that we have sold, we will not charge you a labour fee, but only for the travel costs and accommodation fees if necessary. We prefer that you arrange that the technician picked up and sent back. If you would like us to travel to you, the current rate is R 8.00/km multiplied by the driving distance between our branch and your premises.
