Quality Warranty: We provide a quality assurance for licensed spare parts and accessories sold except when the service parts or accessories is used on our machines and put together by our technician or under our experts's supervision. The worth guarantee is void if spare parts or accessories has been constructed into other company's machines or setup without our acceptance ( except when accepted by management ) . We provide a quality warranty for qualified spares and accessories sold only when the spares or accessories is used on our machines and installed by our technician or under our technician's supervision. The quality warranty is void if spares or accessories have been fitted into 3rd party machines or installed without our acknowledgment ( unless pre-approved by management and stated above ) .
Free Installation: Accessory or new repair parts fitting and diagnosis for machines obtained from us is free. After the new spare or associated equipment have been fitted, our technician will ensure that your machines is completely functional and well tested. Sending a specialist to provide technical assistance, or remotely supplying technical advice can be chosen when in relation to competitors machinery. Regrettably, we can't, when concerning other companies machines, guarantee which steps (if any) will be taken, or information (if any) will be provided by our technicians. Diagnosis and new spares or accessories installation is free of charge for machines sold by us. Our technicians will ensure that your machine is fully functional and well tested after the new spares or accessories have been installed. For 3rd-party machines, we may choose to provide technical advice remotely or send technician to provide technical assistance. We cannot however guarantee actions taken, or advice given by technicians regarding 3rd party machinery.
Money Back Guarantee: If our technician remotely advises or prefers a redundant replacement or accessory add-on for machinery that we have sold, as well as for new or redundant spare parts or accessories, we will present the client with a full remuneration once the client send the service parts or associated equipment back in its genuine quality. If our technician remotely diagnoses or proposes a spare replacement or accessory add-on for machines that we have sold, and for unused or redundant spares or accessories, we will provide you with a 100% refund on credit note once you send the spares or accessories back with 30 days from purchase in its original condition.
Call-out Installation & Travel Cost: A labour expense will not be charged should you wish that we go to your establishment for a spare- reinstatement or add-on installations for machinery that we have sold, even though travel costs and accommodation fees will be requested if applicable. Clients are chosen to make all adjustments for the technician to be fetched and sent back. R 8.00/km amplified by the traveling distance between our office and your premises, is the existing rate payable and applicable should you choose for us to come to you. Should you prefer that we come to your premises for a spare-replacement or add-on installations for machines that we have sold, we will not charge you a labour fee, but only for the travel costs and accommodation fees if necessary. We prefer that you arrange that the technician picked up and sent back. If you would like us to travel to you, the current rate is R 8.00/km multiplied by the driving distance between our branch and your premises.
