We supply a value guarantee for qualified service parts and accessories sold except when the spare parts or accessories is used on our machinery and put together by our technician or under our technician's supervision. The worth guarantee is null if spares or accessories have been constructed into 3rd party machines or put together without our awareness ( except when accepted by managers ) .
Diagnosis and new spares or associated equipment installation is free of charge for machinery sold by us. Our specialists will ensure that the clients machines is completely functional and well certified after the new service parts or associated equipment has been put together. Sending a specialist to give technical assistance, or remotely supplying technical guidance can be chosen when in relation to other companies machinery. We cannot however, guarantee which steps (if any) shall be taken, or guidance (if any) will be provided by our technicians relating to competitors machines.
If a remote diagnoses for spare - replacement or accessory add-on for our machinery that we have sold, or for new or redundant service parts or associated equipment will be made by our specialist, we will provide the client with a full reimbursement once the client send the spares or components in its initial order.
A labour fee will not be required would you wish that we go to your establishment for a spare- replacement or add-on fitting for machines that we have sold, although travel costs and accommodation fees will be required if relevant. Arrangements are required to be made by the client for the technician to be picked up and sent back. R 9.95/km amplified by the traveling distance between our warehouse and your establishment, is the current percentage payable and appropriate should you desire for us to come to you.
