In which case spare parts or accessories has been constructed into other company's machinery or setup without our consent, the worth warranty will be null except when pre-approved by managers.
No fees will apply for diagnosis and new repair parts or associated equipment installation for machines bought from us. After the new spare parts or associated equipment has been setup, our technician will insure that your machinery is completely working and well tested. For 3rd-party machines, we may recommend to provide technical services online or send a technician to provide technical assistance. In regarding competitors machines, we cant guarantee which actions (if any) will be taken or what guidance (if any) will be given by our technicians.
If a remote diagnoses for redundant - reinstatement or component add-on for our machinery that we have sold, or for brand new or spare spares or components should be made by our technician, we will present you with a full remuneration once you send the spare or accessories in its primary quality.
A labour fee will not be required should you desire that we go to your premises for a spare- reinstatement or add-on installment for machinery that we have sold, even though travel costs and accommodation fees will be requested if relevant. Plans are required to be made by the purchaser for the specialist to be retrieved and sent back. If you would like us to go to you, the current percentage is R 9.95/km multiplied by the traveling span between our office and your property.
