Except when accepted by management, the worth warranty will be void if spare parts or accessories have been constructed into 3rd party machinery or installed without our consent.
Associated equipment or new spare parts fitments and diagnosis for machines obtained from us is free of charge. After the new service parts or components has been installed by our specialist, they will insure that the clients machinery is 100% working and well tested. We may choose to provide technical guidance remotely or send a specialist to give technical assistance for competitors machinery. Unfortunately, we cannot, when regarding competitors machinery, guarantee which steps (if any) will be taken, or advice (if any) will be provided by our technicians.
If our specialist remotely suggests or prefers a spare reinstatement or associated equipment add-on for machines that we have sold, and for unused or redundant spares or components, we will provide the client with a 100% refund once you send the spares or associated equipment back in its genuine order.
Accommodation fees and come costs will be charges would you wish that we travel to your premises for a spare- replacement or add-on fitting for machines that we have sold, although a labour costs will not be charged. We propose that you arrange for the specialist to get picked up and sent back. R 9.95/km increased by the driving distance between our workplace and your property, is the ongoing rate payable and suitable should you prefer for us to go to you.
