Sending a expert to offer technical support, or remotely providing technical guidance may be preferred when in regards to 3rd-party machines. We cant however, guarantee which actions (if any) can be taken, or guidance (if any) will be provided by our specialists about other company's machinery.If our technician remotely advises or prefers a extra restoration or associated equipment add-on for machines that we have sold, including for brand new or extra spare or components, we will provide you with a complete refund once the client send the spare parts or components back in its primary order.
A labour fee will not be requested would you desire that we come to your establishment for a spare- restoration or add-on installment for machines that we have sold, although traveling expenses and accommodation fees will be charged if suited.
