We provide a worth guarantee for licensed spare parts and accessories sold only when the spares or accessories is fitted on our machines and installed by our experts or under our technician's supervision. Except when pre-approved by managers, the quality guarantee will be null if spare parts or accessories has been constructed into 3rd party machinery or setup without our consent.
Component or new spares fitments and diagnosis for machines bought from us is complimentary. After the new service parts or associated equipment have been fitted, our technician will certify that your machines is fully operative and well tested. We may prefer to offer technical advice remotely or send a technician to give technical services for competitors machines. We cannot however, oath which steps (if any) can be taken, or services (if any) will be given by our experts relating to 3rd party machinery.
If our technician remotely recommends or proposes a redundant replacement or component add-on for machines that we have sold, and for unused or extra service parts or components, we will provide the client with a full reimbursement once the client send the spare parts or associated equipment back in its original quality.
Would you prefer that we go to your place for a spare- replacement or add-on installment for machines that we have sold, we shall not charge you a labour fee, but only for the travel costs and accommodation fees if compulsory. Plans are preferred to be made by the client for the specialist to be fetched and sent back. The ongoing percentage payable, should you desire for us to come to you, is R 9.95/km multiplied by the traveling distance between our branch and your place.
