In which case spare parts or accessories have been fitted into other company's machines or setup without our consent, the quality guarantee will be invalid unless when approved by managers.
Diagnosis and new service parts or components installation is costless for machinery sold by us. After the new spare parts or components has been fitted by our technician, they will make sure that the clients machines is perfectly operational and well tested. We may propose to provide technical services remotely or send a technician to give technical services for 3rd-party machines. In regarding other companies machines, we cant guarantee which steps (if any) would be taken or what information (if any) would be provided by our specialists.
If a remote suggestion for redundant - restoration or accessory add-on for our machinery that we have sold, or for brand new or spare service parts or accessories is made by our specialist, we will present the client with a full remuneration once the client send the spare parts or components in its genuine condition.
A labour expense will not be requested would you desire that we go to your establishment for a spare- replacement or add-on fitments for machines that we have sold, even though traveling expenses and accommodation fees will be requested if suited. Clients are required to make all preparations for the specialist to be retrieved and sent back.
