If a remote diagnoses for redundant - restoration or accessory add-on for our machines that we have sold, or for new or spare spare or components is made by our technician, we will present you with a 100% refund once the client send the service parts or components in its original order.
Would you wish that we travel to your place for a spare- restoration or add-on installment for machines that we have sold, we will not charge you a labour expenses, but only for the traveling expenses and accommodation fees if required.
