We give a worth assurance for licensed spares and accessories sold only when the spare parts or accessories is used on our machines and setup by our experts or under our technician's supervision. Unless when pre-approved by managers, the worth guarantee will be null if spares or accessories have been fitted into other company's machines or put together without our consent.
No fees be requested for diagnosis and new service parts or associated equipment fitting for machinery obtained from us. After the new spare or associated equipment has been fitted, our technician will ensure that the clients machinery is 100% operational and well tested. For other companies machines, we may recommend to supply technical information remotely or send a specialist to provide technical assistance. In regarding competitors machines, we cannot guarantee which actions (if any) shall be taken or what advice (if any) will be supplied by our technicians.
If our specialist remotely recommends or prefers a redundant restoration or associated equipment add-on for machinery that we have sold, as well as for unused or spare service parts or components, we will present the client with a complete reimbursement once the client send the spare parts or components back in its genuine state.
A labour fee will not be charged should you prefer that we come to your place for a spare- replacement or add-on installment for machinery that we have sold, even though travel costs and accommodation fees will be required if suited. Preparations are required to be made by the client for the specialist to be picked up and sent back. R 9.95/km multiplied by the traveling distance between our office and your establishment, is the existing amount payable and suitable should you choose for us to travel to you.
