In which case service parts or accessories has been fitted into competitors machinery or setup without our consent, the worth warranty will be void except when pre-approved by managers.
Associated equipment or new spare parts fitments and diagnosis for machinery purchased from us is costless. After the new spare parts or components have been installed by our technician, they will ensure that your machines is completely operational and well certified. Sending a technician to offer technical support, or remotely providing technical information may be preferred when concerning other companies machinery. We cant however, guarantee which actions (if any) can be taken, or services (if any) will be given by our experts regarding 3rd party machines.
You will be supplied with a full reimbursement should our technician remotely diagnose or suggest a spare - replacement or accessory add-on for machinery that we have sold, including for new or extra spare or associated equipment as soon as you send the spare parts or accessories back in its initial order.
A labour fee will not be charged would you wish that we come to your place for a spare- restoration or add-on fitting for machinery that we have sold, even though travel costs and accommodation fees will be charged if relevant. Plans are preferred to be made by the purchaser for the technician to be picked up and sent back. If you should like us to travel to you, the existent amount is R 9.95/km increased by the driving span between our warehouse and your establishment.
