Diagnosis and new service parts or accessories installation is complimentary for machines sold by us. Our technicians will insure that the clients machines is completely working and well certified after the new service parts or associated equipment have been installed. Sending a specialist to give technical support, or remotely supplying technical information may be preferred when in regards to other companies machinery. When related to competitors machines, we cant guarantee which steps (if any) can be taken or what advice (if any) will be given by our technicians.
If a remote recommendation for spare - reinstatement or component add-on for our machinery that we have sold, or for new or redundant spares or accessories must be made by our specialist, we will supply you with a complete reimbursement once you send the spares or associated equipment in its initial order.
A labour expense will not be requested would you wish that we travel to your establishment for a spare- reinstatement or add-on fitments for machines that we have sold, even though travel costs and accommodation fees will be required if relevant. We propose that you organize for the specialist to get fetched and sent back. The existing percentage payable, would you choose for us to come to you, is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our warehouse and your premises.
