The quality guarantee is void if spares or accessories has been fitted into other company's machinery or put together without our knowledge ( unless when accepted by management ) .
Diagnosis and new spare parts or associated equipment installation is costless for machinery sold by us. Our technicians will make sure that your machines is 100% working and well certified after the new spares or components has been installed. For other companies machinery, we may propose to supply technical services remotely or send a expert to offer technical assistance. Regretfully, we can't, when concerning competitors machinery, guarantee which steps (if any) will be taken, or guidance (if any) will be supplied by our technicians.
If our technician remotely diagnoses or recommend a redundant replacement or component add-on for machinery that we have sold, and for new or extra spare or associated equipment, we will provide the client with a full remuneration once the client send the service parts or accessories back in its primary state.
A labour fee will not be requested should you prefer that we travel to your place for a spare- reinstatement or add-on fitting for machines that we have sold, even though traveling expenses and accommodation fees will be required if applicable. Preparations are preferred to be made by the client for the technician to be retrieved and sent back. R 9.95/km multiplied by the traveling distance between our branch and your establishment, is the current rate payable and appropriate should you wish for us to come to you.
