After the new service parts or components has been setup by our technician, they will certify that the clients machinery is perfectly functional and well tested. For other companies machinery, we may propose to provide technical information online or send a expert to supply technical support. Unfortunately, we can't, when concerning competitors machinery, guarantee which actions (if any) will be taken, or information (if any) will be provided by our technicians.
If our specialist remotely advises or prefers a spare restoration or accessory add-on for machinery that we have sold, including for new or extra spare parts or components, we will present you with a 100% repayment once the client send the spare parts or accessories back in its genuine quality.
Accommodation fees and come costs will be charges would you wish that we come to your establishment for a spare- restoration or add-on installations for machines that we have sold, even though a labour expenses will not be charged. Clients are required to make all adjustments for the specialist to be fetched and sent back.
