Our experts will ensure that your machines is completely functional and well tested after the new spare parts or components have been put together. For other companies machines, we may prefer to offer technical advice online or send a expert to provide technical assistance. When related to other companies machines, we cannot guarantee which actions (if any) would be taken or what guidance (if any) would be supplied by our experts.
If a remote recommendation for spare - reinstatement or accessory add-on for our machines that we have sold, or for new or spare spare parts or associated equipment must be made by our specialist, we will present the client with a full reimbursement once you send the service parts or accessories in its original quality.
Would you choose that we come to your establishment for a spare- reinstatement or add-on installations for machines that we have sold, we shall not charge you a labour expenses, but only for the traveling expenses and accommodation fees if crucial.
