We supply a value guarantee for qualified spares and accessories sold only when the service parts or accessories is fitted on our machinery and put together by our technician or under our experts's supervision. In which case spare parts or accessories have been constructed into competitors machinery or installed without our consent, the value guarantee will be void except when pre-approved by management.
Associated equipment or new service parts fitments and diagnosis for machinery obtained from us is free of charge. After the new spares or associated equipment have been installed by our technician, they will insure that your machinery is completely functional and well tested. Sending a technician to give technical support, or remotely supplying technical advice may be chosen when in relation to other companies machines. In regarding competitors machinery, we cannot guarantee which steps (if any) will be taken or what guidance (if any) will be provided by our technicians.
If our technician remotely recommends or proposes a spare restoration or associated equipment add-on for machinery that we have sold, and for brand new or redundant spares or accessories, we will present you with a complete repayment once the client send the spare parts or associated equipment back in its genuine order.
A labour expense will not be charged would you desire that we travel to your place for a spare- restoration or add-on installations for machinery that we have sold, although traveling expenses and accommodation fees will be charged if suited. We propose that you arrange for the specialist to get fetched and sent back. R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our workplace and your establishment, is the prevailing percentage payable and applicable should you prefer for us to go to you.
