The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machinery, as well as each subsystem, we only offer constrained characteristic warranty unless stated elseways. Whenever a service is provided at your establishment by a technician, it refers to a call-out. A call-out fee will be charged lest the call-out is included by each of the above named plans or arranged by the managers. At the instant of this quotation, for one day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for working days.Accompanying the call-out fee, travel costs to your premises and accommodation if essential, are on your account. Unfortunately, no repairs or hard labour function will be done during a maintenance visit, but a reservation can be made for this to be practised at your and our earliest availability.Primary and/or overall training courses are provided at our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry courses is enclosed in your machinery purchase, nevertheless more improved training can be purchased after the basic course has been completed.With all our mainline of machinery's a particular barcode is sold. You will therefore evermore be able to check the machinery's guarantee data and service history on our webpage or while logged off - in any form and at any term.
