The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer restricted characteristic guarantee on the whole machine, along with any subsystem except stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship including defective material weaknesses are covered by the feature guarantee. We are not responsible for frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery. Our guarantee will accordingly not cover aforestated. Naturally, damages that are not covered under guarantee can usually be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations are promptly accessible on request.The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be forcing a regular service. Analyzing and positioning, standard cleaning , as well as common wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost are concealed within the service plan. Your service guarantee will be useless and meaningless should you not service your machinery within the recommended service or if it is not rectified in the equal of dual that period.
