Poor craftsmanship including faulty components shortages are covered by the attribute guarantee. We are not responsible for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your machine. Basic decrement restoration at a minimum cost, investigation and positioning as well as common cleaning are included within the service plan. Your service guarantee will be worthless and ineffective if you do not service your machine in the suggested service or if it is not rectified within the equivalent of dual that period. This is to say that in which case we recommend that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months, it is compulsory that you get your machine fixed within every six month period or your warranty will not be legit.
When a service is provided at your establishment by a technician, it points to to a call-out. Unless the call-out is concealed by any of the above mentioned plans or per-approved by the management, a call-out cost will be required. 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for weekends including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.Accompanying the call-out charge, transport costs to your property and accommodation if essential, are on your account.
