This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We provide limited quality guarantee on each subsystem unless stated elseways, and on the entire machinery. The quality warranty covers weaknesses by cause of faulty materials or poor craftsmanship Everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your machine is not our fault. Therefore aforestated shall not be covered by our guarantee. Often deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under warranty. Quotations will be gladly vacant upon request.Routine service is due by the machinery you are going to buy. General decrement reinstatement at a minimal cost, checking and calibration as well as standard cleaning are enclosed in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be worthless and not viable should you not service your machine in the recommended service or if it is not fixed within the equal of dual that period. Meaning, if we preferred that your machine is rectified once every three months, you have to get your machine serviced in every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
