The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machine, along with any subsystem, we only provide restricted feature warranty except stated differently. Poor craftsmanship including unfit components errors are covered by the feature warranty. Everyday wear and tear or misuse of your equipment is not our responsibility. Accordingly aforesaid cannot be covered by our guarantee. Definitely, deterioration that are not covered under warranty can generally be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations are gladly vacant on request.Routine service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. Basic depletion replacement at a minimum cost, investigation and calibration as well as basic cleaning are covered within the service plan. Should you not service your machinery within the recommended service period, it is required that your machinery is rectified in the equal of twice that period or else your service guarantee will be null and meaningless. Meaning, you have to get your machine fixed within every six month period, if we suggested that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months or your warranty will not be valid.
Anytime a technician supplies a service at your place, it points to to a call-out. When obtaining your machinery, first principal entry courses is enclosed in your investment, but more improved training can be obtained after the principal course has been completed.A unique barcode is presented with all our mainline of machines. Check thus you will constantly be able to,in any form and at any moment, check the machines guarantee information and assistance history on our site or while logged off. By using the barcode we value our machinery's guarantee and servicing. This secures your maximal convenience on both the maintenance and resell of your machinery's.
