The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We provide restricted attribute warranty on the whole machinery, along with each subsystem unless stated differently. Poor craftsmanship and unfit components shortages are covered by the quality guarantee. We would not be held liable for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your machine. Aforesaid is accordingly not covered by our guarantee. Naturally, damages that aren't covered under warranty can usually be repaired at a minimum cost. Upon inquiry, quotations are immediately available.Routine service is required by the machine(s) you are going to purchase. Standard wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost, checking and positioning as well as everyday cleaning are included in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be worthless and not viable if you do not service your machine in the chosen service or if it is not rectified in the equivalent of dual that period. This is to say, if we suggested that your machine is fixed once every three months, you have to get your machinery improved within every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be valid.
When a service is provided at your establishment by a specialist, it points to to a call-out. Except when accepted by the company or enclosed by each of the above mentioned plans, a call-out cost will be requested. At the instant of this quotation, one technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Accompanying the call-out fee, touring costs to your property as well as accommodation if crucial, are on your account.
