Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machinery, along with any subsystem, we only provide bounded quality guarantee unless stated differently. Poor craftsmanship along with unfit components errors are covered by the quality warranty. We cannot be held responsible for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your machine. Quotations are gladly vacant on appeal.The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be needing a regular service. The covered service plan consists of basic cleaning, analyzing and positioning, as well as everyday decrement reinstatement at a minimum cost. Your service warranty will be useless and void if you do not service your machine in the preferred service or if it is not rectified within the equal of dual that period.
