The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machine, and any subsystem, we only offer limited feature warranty except stated elseways. The characteristic guarantee covers shortages by cause of faulty components or poor craftsmanship We will not be held at fault for mis-usage or frequent wear and tear of your component. Our guarantee will for this reason not cover aforestated. Damages can regularly be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Upon request, quotations are promptly accessible.The machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be forcing a regular service. The concealed service plan includes standard cleaning, investigation and calibration, as well as standard decrement restoration at a minimal cost. It is compulsory that your machinery is fixed in the equivalent of double that period, if you do not service your machinery in the suggested service period, otherwise your service warranty will be invalid and meaningless. Meaning, you have to get your machinery improved within every 6 month period, if we suggested that your machinery is fixed once every three months or your warranty will not be legit.
Anytime a specialist offers a service at your premises, it points to to a call-out. Lest the call-out is included by any of the above named plans or accepted by the managers, a call-out cost will be charged. At the extent of this quotation, for one day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for working days.Travel costs to your premises and accommodation if required, are on your account, along with the call-out cost. The adjustments for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are preferred to be made by you. If you would like for us to come to you, the prevailing amount is R 9.95/kilometer multiplied by the traveling distance between our warehouse including your premises.Those charges may vary time by time without notice, so kindly enquire about call out as well as touring costs in advance.If you would prefer to know whether the appliance is adjusted to function optically, or you just would like our specialist to take a look at your appliance for your tranquility, our assistance plan is suited for you. No fees will be implemented for the technician we provide. You will be advised by our specialist if an back-up or other maintenance or spare replacement is needed or whether everything is in order. Bookings should be made for improvements or intense labour work to be carried out at your/our quickest convenience as no reconstruction or any such labour services will be completed during maintenance visits.Our training centre offers basic and/or complete training courses for all machines we sell. When obtaining your machine, first principal entry courses is included in your investment, although more advanced training can be obtained after the primary course has been achieved.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a unique barcode. Analyze thus you will always be able to,in any manner and at any moment, analyze the machines guarantee information and assistance history on our webpage or while logged off. We value our machinery's warranty and service by using the barcode. This insures your supreme advantage on both the selling and servicing of your machines.
