We give confined feature warranty on each subsystem if not stated otherwise, including on the whole machine. Defects by reason of faulty components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute warranty. Common wear and tear or misuse of your machine is not our responsibility. Our guarantee will thus not cover aforementioned. Generally damages can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations are immediately vacant on appeal.Routine service is required by the machinery you are going to purchase. Reviewing and calibration, everyday cleaning , as well as common decrement restoration at a minimal cost are included within the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) in the recommended service period, it is crucial that your machine(s) is fixed within the equivalent of double that period or else your service guarantee will be worthless and ineffective. A call-out cost will be required except when the call-out is covered by each of the above mentioned plans or per-approved by the the company. 1 technician for 1 day is R 695.00 for working days, Traveling for Saturdays and R 1 495.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.Along with the call-out charge, traveling costs to your establishment as well as accommodation if crucial, are on your account. We choose that you arrange that the technician gets picked up including sent back.
