The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide restricted trait guarantee on the whole machine, as well as each subsystem except stated any other way. Defects due to unfit components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait warranty. We would not be held liable for misuse or frequent wear and tear of your machinery. Thus aforesaid would not be covered by our guarantee. Of course, deterioration that are not covered under guarantee can usually be repaired at a minimal cost. Upon inquiry, quotations are gladly vacant.The machinery you are going to purchase requires a regular service. Standard decrement reinstatement at a minimal cost, investigation and adjustment as well as common cleaning are covered in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be null and void if you do not service your machinery in the suggested service or if it is not serviced within the equal of double that period. Meaning, if we choose that your machine is improved once every three months, you have to get your machinery serviced within every 6 month period or your warranty will not be valid.
Every time a technician offers a service at your establishment, it points to to a call-out. Except for when the call-out is concealed by any of the above mentioned plans or arranged by the the company, a call-out cost will be charged. At the time of this quotation, for one day one technician is R 995.00 for weekends, R 1 495.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 695.00 for workdays.Accommodation and transport costs to your place, in addition to the call-out charge, are on your account if necessary. The preparations for the specialist to get picked up and sent back are preferred to be done by you. The prevailing percentage is R 8.00/kilometer increased by the driving distance between our office and your property, should you choose for us to travel to you.Those charges may change extent by time without notice, so generously inquire about call out and transport costs ahead of time.Whether you would prefer to know if the machinery is adjusted to operate optimally, or you just want our specialist to take a look at your machinery for your contentment, our assistance plan is perfect for you. We will not require any cost for the technician we supply. Our technician will be able to provide you with information on whether an alternative or additional maintenance or spares replacement is needed or whether everything is in order. Unfortunately, no adjustments or hard labour work will be done during a maintenance visit, but a reservation should made for this to be practised at your and our earliest availability.Our training facility offers principal and/or complete training courses for all machinery we sell. When purchasing your machinery, first fundamental entry courses is combined in your purchase, but more advanced training can be bought after the basic course has been passed.With all our mainline of machinery's a particular barcode is sold. You will accordingly always be able to check the machinery's assurance data and service history on our site or while disconnected - in any form and at any instant. Our machines guarantee and servicing are valued by us using the barcode. Supreme advantage are ensured on both the reselling and servicing of your machinery's.
