Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void. Quality Warranty: For the whole machine, as well as any subsystem, we only provide confined attribute warranty if not stated differently. Service Plan: The machinery you are going to buy needs a regular service. The covered service plan consists of basic cleaning, investigation and calibration, as well as general ravages of time restoration at a minimal cost. If you do not service your machine(s) within the chosen service period, it is vital that your machinery is serviced in the equivalent of twice that period otherwise your service warranty will be worthless and void. Meaning, if we recommend that your machinery is rectified once every three months, you must get your machinery improved in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be valid. The machine(s) you are going to purchase requires a regular service. Call-out Service & Fee: Whenever a technician provides a service at your premises, it refers to a call-out. Lest the call-out is included by each of the above named plans or approved by the managers, a call-out cost will be requested. At the time of this quotation, for 1 day one specialist is R 995.00 for weekends, R 1 495.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 695.00 for weekdays.Coupled with the call-out cost, traveling costs to your premises including settlement if necessary, are on your account. The arrangements for the technician to get picked up and sent back are preferred to be made by you. If you would like for us to go to you, the prevailing rate is R 8.00/kilometer increased by the driving distance between our warehouse including your premises.Kindly inquire about call out and touring costs ahead of time as those charges may change time by point without notice. A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Unless the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. At the time of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 695.00 for weekdays, R 995.00 for Saturdays and R 1 495.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out charge, travel costs to your premises as well as accommodation if necessary are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the technician picked up and sent back. If you would like us to travel to you, the current rate is R 8.00/km multiplied by the driving distance between our branch and your premises.Those charges may change time by time without notice, so kindly enquire about call out and travel costs beforehand.
Maintenance Plan: Whether you would choose to find out if the appliance is adjusted to work optimally, or you only would like our technician to take a look at your machine for peace of mind, our maintenance plan is here for you. We will not require any fees for the technician we supply. You will be advised by our technician whether an alternative or additional service or spare reinstatement is needed or whether everything is normal. Sadly, no improvements or hard labour function will be carried out during a maintenance visit, but a reservation should made for this to be completed at your and our quickest availability. If you would like to find out if the machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to take a look at your machine for peace of mind, our maintenance plan is here for you. There is no cost for the technician we provide but booking is required and travel cost will apply. Our technician will be able to advise whether everything is normal or if an alternative or additional service or spare replacement is needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within maintenance visit, but a booking can be made for this to be carried out at your and our earliest convenience.
Training Course: Our warehouse offers principal and/or comprehensive training courses for all machines we sell. When buying your machine, first primary entry courses is comprehended in your investment, although more advanced training can be obtained after the principal course has been accomplished.
