Bending the Fibre Optic cord or applying extreme force to the cord or fiber components will cause the glass inside the optical fibre cord or components to shatter. The damage is irreversible resulting in the cord or components having to be replaced. The fibre laser power will be trapped or can leak from the breaking point and will prevent the machine from working. It can also result in additional and costly damage. Please be extremely careful of the layout of the cord. If the cord or components become damaged, they can only be fixed by sending the laser power supply to the Original Manufacturer where they must be fixed in a special lab. The cost of repair is very high and takes a very long time. It is important to note that the damaged laser cord or components, or any additional damage will not be covered by the warranty.

    For the entire machine, along with each subsystem, we only offer restricted attribute guarantee unless stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship including unfit material shortages are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We would not be held responsible for misuse or general wear and tear of your component. Our warranty will for this reason not cover aforementioned. Naturally, deterioration that are not covered under warranty can often be repaired at a minimal cost. Upon inquiry, quotations are promptly vacant.
    Some items within your purchase come with different warranty terms and period:

    We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

    Service Plan:
    Service Plan
    The machine(s) you are going to purchase requires a regular service. Analyzing and calibration, everyday cleaning , as well as everyday ravages of time restoration at a minimum cost are enclosed within the service plan. It is compulsory that your machine(s) is improved within the equivalent of twice that period, should you not service your machinery in the suggested service period, otherwise your service guarantee will be worthless and not viable. This is to say, you have to get your machine serviced in every six month period, if we recommend that your machinery is rectified once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be credible.
    By their very nature the machine(s) require regular servicing and maintenance. We therefore provide a mandatory Service Schedule in respect of each machine, which Service Schedule sets out the intervals in which the machine is to be serviced. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
    Call-out Service & Fee:

    A Call-out points to to each and every time time a specialist offers a service at your establishment. A call-out fee will be charged except for when the call-out is included by any of the above named plans or accepted by the managers. At the extent of this quotation, 1 specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out cost, transport costs to your establishment as well as settlement if crucial, are on your account. The plans for the specialist to get picked up and sent back are suggested to be done by you. If you would wish for us to come to you, the current rate is R 9.95/kilometer amplified by the traveling distance between our workshop as well as your property.Without notice, those costs may differ point by time, thus attentively inquire about call out as well as touring costs ahead of time
    A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Unless the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. At the time of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out charge, travel costs to your premises as well as accommodation if necessary are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the technician picked up and sent back. If you would like us to travel to you, the current rate is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our branch and your premises. Those charges may change time by time without notice, so kindly enquire about call-out and travel costs beforehand. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.

    If you just want our technician to take a look at your machinery for your satisfaction or want to find out if the appliance is fitted to function optimally, our maintenance plan is here for you. No fees will apply for the specialist we supply. You will be advised by our specialist whether an different or additional servicing or spare reinstatement is needed or if everything is normal. Reservations must be made for reconstruction or intense labour operate to be done at your/our earliest availability as no adjustments or any such labour services will be practised during maintenance visits.
    If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
