Bending the Fibre Optic cord or applying extreme force to the cord or fiber components will cause the glass inside the optical fibre cord or components to shatter. The damage is irreversible resulting in the cord or components having to be replaced. The fibre laser power will be trapped or can leak from the breaking point and will prevent the machine from working. It can also result in additional and costly damage. Please be extremely careful of the layout of the cord. If the cord or components become damaged, they can only be fixed by sending the laser power supply to the Original Manufacturer where they must be fixed in a special lab. The cost of repair is very high and takes a very long time. It is important to note that the damaged laser cord or components, or any additional damage will not be covered by the warranty.

    We supply restricted feature guarantee on the entire machine, including each subsystem unless stated otherwise. Weaknesses due to unreliable equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait warranty. We will not be held responsible for mis-usage or common wear and tear of your equipment. Aforesaid is thus not covered by our guarantee. Regularly deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under warranty. Quotations are promptly available on inquiry.
    Some items within your purchase come with different warranty terms and period:

    We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.
    Some items within your purchase come with different warranty terms and period:
    Service Plan:
    Service Plan
    The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be needing a routine service. Investigation and positioning, basic cleaning , as well as standard ravages of time replacement at a minimum cost are enclosed within the service plan. It is compulsory that your machinery is serviced in the equivalent of twice that period, if you do not service your machine(s) in the suggested service period, or else your service warranty will be invalid and meaningless. Meaning that within which case we preferred that your machinery is fixed once every three months, it is crucial that you get your machinery improved in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be credible.
    By their very nature the machine(s) require regular servicing and maintenance. We therefore provide a mandatory Service Schedule in respect of each machine, which Service Schedule sets out the intervals in which the machine is to be serviced. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
    Call-out Service & Fee:

    A Call-out refers to each and every time instant a specialist provides a service at your place. Except for when per-approved by the company or enclosed by each and every time of the above mentioned plans, a call-out fee will be required. At the extent of this quotation, for one day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for workdays.Accommodation as well as travel costs to your property, in addition to the call-out charge, are on your account if required. We choose that you arrange that the technician gets picked up including sent back. If you would prefer for us to go to you, the ongoing amount is R 9.95/km amplified by the traveling distance between our office and your place.Those costs may differ point by point without notice, so generously inquire about call out including traveling costs beforehand.
    A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Unless the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. At the time of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out charge, travel costs to your premises as well as accommodation if necessary are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the technician picked up and sent back. If you would like us to travel to you, the current rate is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our branch and your premises. Those charges may change time by time without notice, so kindly enquire about call-out and travel costs beforehand. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.

    Our maintenance plan is perfect for you if you just would like our technician to take a look at your appliance for your tranquility, or if you would like to know if the machinery is fitted to work optimally. We will not require any cost for the technician we provide. You will be advised by our experts whether an alternative or other service or spare reinstatement is needed or if everything is normal. During preservation visits no adjustments or hard labour function will be practised and bookings can be made for this to be completed at your and our quickest availability.
    If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
