Bending the Fibre Optic cord or applying extreme force to the cord or fiber components will cause the glass inside the optical fibre cord or components to shatter. The damage is irreversible resulting in the cord or components having to be replaced. The fibre laser power will be trapped or can leak from the breaking point and will prevent the machine from working. It can also result in additional and costly damage. Please be extremely careful of the layout of the cord. If the cord or components become damaged, they can only be fixed by sending the laser power supply to the Original Manufacturer where they must be fixed in a special lab. The cost of repair is very high and takes a very long time. It is important to note that the damaged laser cord or components, or any additional damage will not be covered by the warranty.

We supply limited quality guarantee on each subsystem if not stated otherwise, and on the entire machinery. Poor craftsmanship as well as unfit material defects are covered by the attribute warranty. We shall not be held liable for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your equipment. Aforestated is for this reason not covered by our guarantee. Usually damages can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under warranty. Upon inquiry, quotations are readily accessible.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. Service Plan
The machinery which you are going to buy, will be requiring a routine service. The concealed service plan includes common cleaning, reviewing and arrangement, as well as common wear and tear restoration at a minimum cost. If you do not service your machinery within the preferred service period, it is vital that your machine(s) is serviced in the equal of dual that period otherwise your service warranty will be worthless and ineffective. This is to say, you should get your machine serviced in every six month period, if we recommend that your machinery is improved once every three months or your guarantee will not be legit.
By their very nature the machine(s) require regular servicing and maintenance. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.

When a service is supplied at your establishment by a technician, it points to to a call-out. If you would choose to know whether the appliance is set to function optically, or you only want our technician to take a look at your machinery for your satisfaction, our assistance plan is suited for you. We will not charge any cost for the technician we supply. Our experts will be able to advise whether everything is normal or if an back-up or other maintenance or spare replacement is needed. Reservations have to be made for reconstruction or hard labour work to be completed at your/our quickest availability as no reconstruction or any such labour actions will be carried out during maintenance visits.
If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
