When exchanging any lens, please make sure the environment is clean. NEVER touch the lens with your hands. Always use a lens wipe to handle the lens. When it's time to take the laser power supply connector out for a torch change, make the process fast and make sure the environment is as clean as possible. Never remove any bolts, screws or nuts that are not mentioned in our video guide. Once dust gets in, the components are unfixable.     Free Installation    Diagnosis and new service parts or accessories installments is complimentary for machines sold by us. After the new spare parts or components have been installed by our specialist, they will insure that the clients machines is fully operative and well certified. We may choose to give technical guidance online or send a technician to supply technical support for 3rd-party machines. Regretfully, we can't, when concerning competitors machines, guarantee which steps (if any) will be taken, or advice (if any) will be supplied by our technicians.
    The installation and diagnosis of new spare parts or accessories sold by us shall be free of charge (save for the call out rates to the extent applicable) for all machines sold by us. Our technicians will ensure that your machine is fully functional and well tested after the new spare parts or accessories have been installed. We will provide technical advice remotely and/or send technician(s) to provide technical assistance in respect of third-party machines (i.e. machines not sold by us), only by way of written agreement. Whilst we try our best to ensure customer satisfaction we unfortunately do not provide installation nor support whatsoever for all spare parts used for machines not from us. We cannot guarantee, and shall take no responsibility for, any actions taken, or advice mentioned on our websites, or advice given by our technicians in respect of any third-party machines.

Unless you arrange for our technician to be collected from, and dropped off at, our premises at your own cost, our standard call-out rates shall apply.
