Printhead is a consumable with limited lifespan. Printhead generally gets clogged and blocked very often even with automatic cleaning system and very sensitive to voltage fluctuations. Extensive care is required to maintain the printhead in printable condition -- which means partial clog will accrue during usage even manual clean process been taken. We will train our clients how to take care the printhead during installation of our own printers. For printhead purchase for 3rd party machines, we will not perform installation.
We provide restricted attribute guarantee on each subsystem if not stated otherwise, as well as on the whole machinery. Poor craftsmanship including unreliable components errors are covered by the attribute guarantee. We aren't accountable for general wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment. Quotations are immediately vacant on request.Primary and/or overall training courses are held at our warehouse for all machinery we sell. When obtaining your machinery, first principal entry courses is included in your investment, but more advanced training can be obtained after the primary course has been completed.
Whenever a service is offered at your establishment by a technician, it points to to a call-out. Lest the call-out is enclosed by each and every time of the above plans or arranged by the the company, a call-out fee will be requested. At the point of this quotation, for one day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for workdays.Touring costs to your establishment including settlement if essential, are on your account, coupled with the call-out cost. We prefer that you organize that the technician gets picked up and sent back. The current amount is R 9.95/km multiplied by the traveling distance between our premises and your premises, should you recommend for us to come to you.Those fees may change instant by time without notice, so beneficially inquire about call out including traveling costs ahead of time.A individual barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machinery. Review accordingly you will constantly be able to,in any way and at any time, check the machines guarantee data and servicing history on our site or while disconnected. Our machinery's warranty and maintenance are honoured by us using the barcode. This secures your maximum comfort on both the service and resell of your machinery's.
